Our returns/ Refund Policy
At Melaleuka Farm Merchants we strive to always provide the very best quality to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us directly. All items delivered should be checked at time of delivery by the customer for quality and discrepancy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we require contact within 24 hours of the receiving of the goods.
In the event of a return we require the following details:
- Invoice number (items were received on);
- Photograph (s) of the item (s) at fault, including the packaging;
- Samples are to be taken and stored correctly, this may mean freezing until collected by Melaleuka Farm Merchants.
Following collection and review we will reach out and provide feedback.
In the event a credit is required a credit note will be raised and sent via email.
